Informing Bulgarian Economic Minister Emil Karanikolov about the city’s socio-economic development in recent years, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Van Suu said that with nearly 10 million residents, Ha Noi is changing rapidly. Thus, the city needs to deal with many concerned issues, including investment and construction.
He hoped Bulgaria's Sofia capital city to strengthen the cooperation with Ha Noi in fields of agriculture, industry, commerce, and goods export, etc.
“Currently, Ha Noi records about 25 companies, corporations and enterprises in various fields which are ready to coordinate with Bulgarian partners. Additionally, the city authority will create favorable conditions to foster the cooperation of businesses between the two sides”, the Permanent Vice Chairman stressed.
He also noted that this is an opportunity for both sides to intensify the cooperation in economy and trade as well as to access preferential policies of Bulgaria, contributing to boosting the bilateral relations between the two countries, the two cities.
