HNP - On February 6, Politburo Member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Head of the Delegation of the Hanoi National Assembly encouraged 69 draftees from the Ba Dinh District before joining military service.

HNP - On February 3, on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2023), a delegation of Party and State leaders laid a wreaths at the Mausoleum to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh as well as at the Monument of Heroic Martyrs on Bac Son Street to commemorate heroes and martyrs.

HNP - On January 27, the 1983rd anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising and the opening of the Hai Ba Trung Temple Festival in 2023 were held at the National special national historical relic of Hai Ba Trung temple in Me Linh district.
