HNP - On February 8, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh met with the Dutch Ambassador to Vietnam Kees van Baar to discuss future cooperation plans.  

HNP - On February 6, Politburo Member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Head of the Delegation of the Hanoi National Assembly encouraged 69 draftees from the Ba Dinh District before joining military service.  

HNP - On February 6, Dong Anh district held a ceremony to see off local young men to join military service.    

HNP - On February 3, on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2023), a delegation of Party and State leaders laid a wreaths at the Mausoleum to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh as well as at the Monument of Heroic Martyrs on Bac Son Street to commemorate heroes and martyrs.  

HNP - On the occasion of the 2023 Lunar New Year, Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue on January 30 offered  incense to the ancestors at Kinh Thien Palace of the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long.
