HNP - Politburo member and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Dinh Tien Dung, and member of the Party Central Committee and Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Chu Ngoc Anh on July 25 afternoon directly inspected and discussed measures to deal with the traffic congestion at the gates to the city.
