HNP - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Chu Ngoc Anh chaired a working session with the Department of Planning and Investment on April 19, regarding its first-quarter performance as well as major tasks in the remaining months of 2021.

HNP - According to the 2020 Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) report announced by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on April 15, Hanoi remained in top 10 PCI classification for a third consecutive year, ranking 9th out of 63 provinces and cities with score of 66.93.
