In attendance were Politburo member, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly deputy delegation of Hanoi Hoang Trung Hai; member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung.
Speaking at the session, Chairwoman of the Municipal People’s Council Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc said that the council’s deputies will focus on three major issues related to urban and rural planning, state management of non-public schools, as well as social security, order and safety in the city.

According to Ngoc, the issues that come from the reality and the requirement of the state management task draw the attention of the voters.
The Chairwoman requested the deputies to voiced straightforward and clear questions related to the three above-mentioned problems.
Chairperson, Vice Chairpersons and members of the Municipal People’s Committee, heads of the city’s entities and district/township Chairpersons will answer the questions pertaining to their authorities.
According to the schedule, in the morning, the Municipal People’s Committee will brief about the outcomes of carrying out urban and rural planning and non-public schools management in Hanoi, and answer questions on the two issues.
In the afternoon, the Municipal People’s Committee will give a brief report on social security, order and safety in the city, and respond to the deputies’ questions related to the problem.
Later, the Municipal People’s Committee Chairman will acknowledge and clarify the issue groups. The Municipal People’s Council Chairwoman will make conclusion at the Q&A session and wrap up the meeting.
