At the meeting, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - Hanoi chapter Nguyen Lan Huong said the objective of this event is to support 40 candidates in drafting action programs which are tailored for each locality.
Huong expected each candidate would diversify their approaches in meeting voters and better understand their needs and concern, while expressing her wish that these candidates once elected would contribute for the development of Hanoi.
Meanwhile, candidates also discussed on key issues and schedule to arrange meetings with voters, as well as the application of IT in providing information of candidates for the public in a timely and accurate manner.
Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - Hanoi chapter Dam Van Huan expected candidates for deputies of the 15th National Assembly and all-level People’s Councils to finalize action programs and present them to voters to ensure the best result in the upcoming election process.
Huan expressed his confidence that elected deputies would contribute effectively to the development of Hanoi in the future.
The voting process for deputies of the 15th National Assembly and all-level People’s Councils is scheduled to take place on May 23 nationwide.
