HNP - On March 10, Deputy Chairman of the Hanoi Municipal People's Committee Le Hong Son signed and promulgated Plan No. 80/KH-UBND on the Prevention and Control of Tobacco Harm in Hanoi in 2023-2024.

HNP - On March 10, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 79/KH-UBND to develop tourism in Hanoi in 2023.

HNP - On March 13, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 87/KH-UBND to hold a dialogue conference between the Chairman of the Hanoi City People's Committee and the youth of Hanoi in 2023.

HNP - On March 9, Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan 78/KH-UBND on organizing activities of the National Quality Award in Hanoi in 2023. 

HNP - The Hanoi Traffic Safety Committee released Plan No. 27/KH-BATGT on March 1 to promote and educate the laws and regulations regarding traffic safety in Hanoi for the year 2023. The main objective of this plan is to create a safe traffic culture by encouraging people to respect traffic laws.

HNP - Hanoi People's Committee released Plan No. 69/KH-UBND on March 3, outlining the execution of food safety post-inspections in Hanoi throughout 2023.

HNP - On February 28, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 03/2023/QD-UBND regulating the management of urban greenery in Hanoi. This Decision takes effect from March 15, 2023.
