Informatics Solutions  Company Limited received Investment Certificate No. 011023002948 to replace Investment Certificate No. 011032001899 issued by the Municipal People’s Committee dated July 19, 2012 and changed by the first time on June 27, 2014. The company registered for three changes of investor, type of business, and information about passport, address of representative of the investor. 

     

Project purposes include providing services of developing, manufacturing and processing software; technical consulting services and IT solutions.

 

Project location is 12th floor, Thang Long Building at 98 Nguy Nhu Kon Tum Street, Nhan Chinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Ha Noi. 

 

To implement project, Informatics Solutions Company Limited must follow some conditions.

For conditional business and investment, the company is allowed to run business only when it has license/equivalent documents issued by managing authorities or meets requirements according to the law.

 

During project implementation, the company must comply with legal regulations, regulations on Investment Certificate, environment protection, fire prevention, work safety and other issues. It is also under supervision of competent state authority and follow regulations on supervision and assessment of the Government.

 

The company submits regular report to the Authority of Plan and Investment, Office of Statistics and takes responsibility for accuracy of the report.

 

It is also responsible for accuracy of information about its head quarter, project location and project purposes. The lessee and lessor must sign and follow contract; state management agencies do not resolve disputes that may arise between the parties.

 

The company must fulfill tax obligations and enjoy preferential treatment according to the law. Competent authority will not amend the project, if the company does not satisfy requirements.
