At the conference, representatives of the leaders of the city's and two districts' departments and agencies discussed a number of related recommendations under their jurisdiction; In which, representatives of the Departments affirmed that they will immediately inspect and review the urgent issues mentioned by voters.
On behalf of the city's National Assembly deputies, Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh pledged to forward all opinions and recommendations of voters in Me Linh and Soc Son districts and to relevant agencies for settlement; at the same time, clarify a number of contents within the City's jurisdiction.
The Chairman of the City People's Committee requested departments and branches to directly and frankly exchange and explain issues of concern to voters. Assessing that the petitions of voters in the two districts are very practical and relevant, the Chairman of the City People's Committee emphasized that the city always pays attention and prioritizes resources for infrastructure development for localities that are still facing difficulties and is determined to withdraw ineffective and slow-implemented projects.
Regarding the planning and transport infrastructure issues mentioned by voters of the two districts, the Chairman of the City People's Committee suggested that the departments and branches review the projects in the investment list to urgently implement them in this term and soon make investment portfolio for the next term; reviewing and resolutely withdrawing projects that are behind schedule.
Regarding the supply of gasoline and oil, the Chairman of the City People's Committee affirmed that the Government has closely directed and requested agencies to provide solutions to overcome the shortage of gasoline and oil.
In the immediate future, Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh suggested that the leaders of the two districts focus on leading and directing the completion of socio-economic development plans and goals in 2022; at the same time, requesting the departments and branches to coordinate with the district administration to be decisive, to stick to solving difficulties and obstacles, to thoroughly settle the petitions of voters.
Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh also affirmed that the voters' opinions will be fully absorbed by the City's National Assembly Delegation to synthesize and forward to the National Assembly.
