At the meeting, An Kuk Jin, on behalf of the two companies, thanked the warm reception accorded by the leaders of Hanoi city, as well as their attention and creating favorable conditions for the investment of the companies in the past time, especially the West Lake Urban Area Project - Starlake.

On this occasion, An Kuk Jin expressed his wish to continue to invest in other projects in Hanoi in particular and in Vietnam in general; contribute to the development of people's life and the urban landscape of the capital. He hoped that the City government will continue to create favorable conditions for the projects to be implemented soon.

Thanking the leaders of THT Development Co., Ltd. for sharing his ideas, Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh said that Hanoi is adjusting the master plan on construction of Hanoi capital to 2030 with a vision to 2050 in which, the urban spatial planning is very clear. The Chairman of the City People's Committee wishes that real estate businesses have a better approach to housing issues; implementing projects that create urban spaces commensurate with the capital's stature, associated with culture and with lasting values; joining hands with the government in creating a stable housing fund as well as stabilizing real estate prices.

Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh hoped that THT Development Co., Ltd and Daewoo Engineering & Construction Vietnam Co., Ltd will continue to have many investment projects in Hanoi in the coming time. For the proposals of An Kuk Jin, the Chairman of the City People's Committee tasked the departments, branches and Tay Ho District with coordinating, solving the issues in accordance with regulations.
