In addition, the Association has regularly met and exchanged information with Embassy of Germany in Ha Noi, especially the Ambassador, German businesses and communities in Ha Noi; consolidated the relationship with the Germany – Viet Nam Friendship Association in Berlin so as to jointly well organize cultural exchanges between Viet Nam – Germany under various forms and diversified contents; cooperated with the Viet Nam – Germany Friendship Association and Embassy of Germany in Ha Noi to strengthen meetings, friendship exchanges on the occasion of national days of the two countries, anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Viet Nam – Germany.

 

Similarly, the Association has also well organized activities in the fields of science research, investment connection, economic development, such as: Forum “Viet Nam – Germany Alumi-Talk”, conference on investment with enterprises in Sachsen state, etc. Furthermore, the Association has also responded to many humanitarian activities launched by the Ha Noi Union of Friendship Organizations.

 

With its many great contributions to people-to-people external work in the capital city, in the 2012 – 2017 term, the Associations received various certificates of merit from the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations, the Ha Noi People’s Committee, the Ha Noi Union of Friendship Organizations.

 

In the next tenure (2017 – 2022), the Association will regularly consolidate its Executive Board; expand operational scale and fields; focus on enterprises and organizations having relationships with Germany; maintain and promote the solidarity with Embassy of Germany, Goethe Institute, KAS and FES organizations, Germany commercial office, German businesses and people in Ha Noi  so as to establish and boost the relationship; strive set up more from 4 to 6 membership units in some enterprises having cooperation with Germany.
