Secretary of the Son Tay Party Committee Tran Anh Tuan said: "This is the second year we organize the Vietnamese Village New Year program, hoping that visitors would have interesting experiences in Duong Lam and feel the cultural features specializing in the traditional Tet of the Vietnamese people. Through the event, we also want to continue to protect and promote traditional cultural values, promote Duong Lam tourism in particular and Hanoi and Vietnam in general to a large number of domestic and international tourists.”

Deputy Director of the HPA Nguyen Thi Mai Anh shared: "The program has contributed to promoting traditional cultural values of the nation, creating a beautiful image of tourist destination Duong Lam - Son Tay on international friends. This is also a meaningful activity in implementing solutions for economic recovery and development after the Covid-19 pandemic".

The Organizing Committee also wants to create a tourism stimulus effect to welcome visitors, encouraging them to travel and experience the culture of Tet and Spring Festival in 2023, thereby contributing to promoting Son Tay tourism in particular, and Hanoi in general.
