Also attending the meeting were Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee: Nguyen Trong Dong, Duong Duc Tuan, Ha Minh Hai, Chu Xuan Dung; members of the City People's Committee and heads of agencies and units.

At the meeting, the City People's Committee reviewed and commented on the report and the draft resolution regulating the mechanism of collection and use of fees for school enrollment  at all levels of Hanoi city; proposal and draft resolution stipulating the list of revenue norms, the mechanism of revenue and expenditure management for services supporting education and training activities for preschool and educational institutions and public schools of Hanoi; proposal and draft resolution stipulating the price of preschool and general education services using the state budget, applicable to public preschool and general education institutions that cannot afford regular expenses of Hanoi.

Delegates attending the meeting also discussed and commented on the proposal to develop a policy on regime for artisans in the field of intangible cultural heritage of Hanoi; proposal and draft resolution on naming and adjusting the length of some streets in Hanoi in 2022; proposal and draft resolution stipulating a number of specific policies to encourage agricultural and rural development in Hanoi.

Also at the meeting, the municipal People's Committee collectively reviewed the report and draft resolution on youth development in Hanoi for the period 2021-2030; proposal and draft resolution on the name, procedures, and conditions for considering and conferring the Badge "For the cause of capital construction".
