Accordingly, the district People’s Committee will focus on communicating importance, significance, goals, positive effects of administrative reform for socio-economic development as well as guidelines, policies of the Party, laws of the State on administrative reform and role, responsibility of Party Committees, authorities at all levels, leaders of administrative agencies, socio-political organizations in implementing administrative reform task to all officials, civil servants, socio-political organizations, public units, local people in the area.

The district People’s Committee also asked agencies, divisions, sectors, People’s Committees of wards to make plans on administrative reform communication and performing the year of administrative discipline 2017; arrange funds for the implementation; combine communication on administrative reform with popularization on laws as stipulated by law; proactively cooperate with units, organizations to strengthen communication; arrange qualified cadres, civil servants to monitor, give guidelines on implementing communication, popularization on administrative reform in agencies, units.

Leaders of units are responsible for communication, popularization on administrative reform within the scope of assigned duties.
