Procedure Registration of capital contribution, shares purchase, capital contribution purchase of foreign investors to economic organization which has headquarter in Ha Noi (in case of no comments needed).
Process

- Step 1: Submitting and receiving the dossier:


Organizations/citizens:


+ Investors must declare their investment project information at National Foreign Investment Information System (websites dautunuocngoai.gov.vn or fdi.gov.vn) before submitting application for Investment Registration Certificate.


+ Investors submit the dossier at the One-Stop-Shop (OSS) within 15 days from the date of declaring their investment project information at National Foreign Investment Information System; receive receipt with appointment of result return.


+ The Authority for Planning and Investment receives the dossier, gives the receipt of the appointment of the date to get final results to organizations/citizens.


- Step 2: Handling the dossier:


Specialized divisions receive the dossier and check the validity and conditions to issue Investment registration certificate; submit dossier to leaders of Authority for Planning and Investment to approve the dossier handling results (Investment registration certificate/ Notification on full completion of the dossier/ Notification on meeting conditions for capital contribution, shares purchase, capital contribution purchase of foreign investor).


- Step 3: Receiving the outcome:


 Organizations/citizens receive the outcome at OSS.
Where to submit Investors submit dossier directly at the OSS of Ha Noi Authority for Planning and Investment.
Contents and number of the dossier

a) Content of the dossier:


- A written form for registration of capital contribution, shares purchase, capital contribution purchase of foreign investor to economic organization.


- Copies of Identity cards / Citizen identification cards or Passport number for investors who are individuals, Copies of the Certificate of Establishment or other equivalent document confirming the legal status of  investors who are organization.


b) Number of the dossier: 01 (one) set.
Processing duration Within 10 (ten) working days after receiving the complete and valid dossier.

Other requirements When submitting dossier and receiving outcomes, the applicant must bring following documents: - Receipt with appointment of result return. - ID card or other lawful personal identification. In case investors, businesses authorize organizations and individuals to submit dossier and receive outcomes, the applicant must bring ID card, passport or other lawful personal identification and one of the following documents: (i) Service providing contract with organization providing services of submitting dossier and receiving outcomes and letter of introduction of such organizations for individuals to submit dossiers and receive outcomes; (ii) Documents authorizing individuals to submit dossiers, receive outcomes according to regulations of the Law.
