+ Getting the Receipt with appointment of result return;
+ Getting the notice for supplementing the dossier (if any);
+ Paying fee and receiving the result.
- Hà Nội Department of Industrial and Trade
+ The PSC shall guide organization/citizen on how to implement administrative documents in accordance with the regulations, and issue the Receipt with appointment of result return;
+ The dossier forwarded to the Planning and Finance Section;
+ The dossier submitted to Vice Director of the Department for approval;
+ The results handed over to the PSC;
+ The PSC collects fee and returns the results. |

- Government’s Resolution No. 59/NQ-CP dated December 17, 2010 on simplification of administrative procedures within the competence of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
- Ministry of Finance’s Decision No. 58/2006/QĐ-BTC dated October 20, 2006 2005 defining the collection, payment, management and use of fees for issuing registrations of professional stamps;
- Circuler No. 06/2006/TTLT-BTM dated April 11, 2006 of the Ministry of Commerce (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) guiding the procedure for registration of professional stamps applied for providers of commercial assessment services;
- Official Dispatch No. 2847/BTM-PC dated May 10, 2006 of the Ministry of Trade (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) guiding the registration of professional stamps used in commercial assessment.
