| Procedure | Procedure: Applying for re-issuance of Work Permit for foreigners working in enterprises or / organizations in Việt Nam |
| Process | Citizens/ organizations prepares, and submits the dossier at the Point of Single Contact (PSC) of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and get a Receipt with appointment of result return. The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs processes the dossier and returns the results on the date of appointment. |

| Contents and number of the dossier | * Components and number of dossier: + Original application form for re-issuance of the Work Permit for foreigners in case the Work Permit is lost or damaged (Form 6); + Employer or Vietnamese party’s original written request for re-issuing the Work Permit (Form 7); + Damaged Work Permit. In case of the Work Permit is lost, employee must submit an original document explaining the loss of the Work Permit in accordance with regulation; + Three (03) color photos (size 3cm x 4 cm): bare head, front view, clear full face with ears, no glasses, white background, taken within 06 months before the date of submission of the dossier. * Number of dossier: one set |
