Step 1: Investors prepare the dossier in accordance with regulations, submit it at the Point of Single Contact (PSC or One-Stop-Shop), and get a Receipt.
Step 2: PSC’s inspection: If the dossier is complete and valid, the PSC shall accept it and give the investor a Receipt with appointment of result return. If the dossier is incomplete or invalid, the PSC shall guide the investor to finalize it.
Step 3:  The investor gets the results at the PSC on the date of appointment.

a) Contents of the dossier:
- Registration/request form (original) for issuance of the Investment Certificate.
- Written certification (original) of the legal status of the investor; valid copies of the Decision on enterprise establishment / Business Registration Certificate (For foreign investors, these above documents must be certified by the agency who approves the registration. The certification must be made within three months before the date of submission of the dossier).
- Written authorization (original) enclosed with a copy of identity card/passport of the representative. The original ID card/passport must be also presented for comparison. The certified copies of these above documents are acceptable.
- Business co-operation contract (original) (if any)
- Audited financial report or balance sheet for the most recent fiscal year (for organizations), written confirmation of account balance (for individuals)
-  Documents related to the location and proposed area of land to be used (certified copy).
