| Process | - The foreign organizations/ individuals conducting advertising business services requesting for the grant of license for establishment of a advertising representative office in Việt Nam (in Hà Nội) may submit dossier at the Hà Nội Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Point of Single Contact (or One-Stop-Shop), and take the receipt with appointment of result return.
- The Hà Nội Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism receives, inspects and process the dossier and returns the result to the agency/organization on the date specified in the receipt. |

- A copy of Business Registration Certificate and equivalent documents in accordance with the law of host country, verified by foreign competent authority and translated into Vietnamese. The copy must be certified by notary office in host country or Vietnamese diplomatic missions, consular offices in foreign country.
