- The organization applying for re-issuance of representative office establishment license of foreign tourism business in Viet Nam lodges a set of dossier in person or by postal service to One-Stop-Shop section of Ha Noi Department of Tourism.

- The Ha Noi Department of Tourism receives and checks the dossier and returns the result to the applicant(s) as stipulated.

1. In case a foreign tourism business applies for such changes as a change of its name/ or a change of the registration place for establishment from one country to another; a change of the address of its representative office to other province/or to the centrally administered cities/provinces; a change of the operation fields and a change of its address in the country where it was established, the dossier will include:

+ An application for re-issuance of the establishment permit of representative office with signature of the competent representative for foreign tourism business. (on the standard form)

+ A copy of Business Registration Certificate or other equivalence legal documents of foreign tourism business certified by competent authority

+ The original establishment permit of representative office has been issued.

Note: Documents in the dossier in foreign language must be translated into Vietnamese and certified and consularly formalized by Vietnamese diplomatic missions or consular offices in foreign countries in accordance with Viet Nam’s laws.

2. In case the representative office establishment license is lost, torn, mutilated or damaged, the dossier will include:

+ An application for re-issuance of establishment permit of representative office with the signature of the competent representative of foreign tourism business. (on the standard form)

+ The original establishment permit of representative office has been issued (In case the establishment permit of representative office is torn, mutilated) and the representative office reported that its establishment permit was torn, mutilated or lost; which was certified by the ward police office/or commune, where the representative office is located (In case establishment permit of representative office is lost or damaged).

- Circular No. 177/2016/TT-BTC dated November 01, 2016 of Ministry of Finance providing for fees for issuance of license to provide international travel services, fees for issuance of tourist guide identification cards, charges of issuance of narrator’s certificates, charges for licensing the establishment of branch offices and/or representative offices of foreign travel service providers in Viet Nam.

- Decree No. 78/2015/ND-CP dated September 14, 2015 on business registration.

- Resolution No. 69/NQ-CP dated December 27, 2010 of the Government on simplification of the administrative procedures in the framework of the management functions of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
