| Process | - Organization/ Citizen: + preparing dossier; + submitting dossier to Point of Single Contact (PSC or One-Stop-Shop) –331 Cầu Giấy Street, Cầu Giấy District, Hà Nội; + receiving receipt with appointment of result return; + receiving request of supplementing dossier (if any); + paying fee and receives Registration. - Department of Industry and Trade: + PSC guides organization/ citizen to complete procedures as regulations and releases receipt with appointment of result return. + Section for Commercial Management receives the dossier. + Dossier shall be proposed to Vice Director of Department for approval. + Registration shall be handed over to PSC. + PSC collects fee and gives applicant Registration. |

| Contents and number of the dossier | - Application for Registration of franchise activities (as regulated form); - Franchise Description (as regulated form); - Copy and original of Certificate of Business Registration or Certificate of Investment; - Copy and original of Certificate of protection of industrial property rights in Vietnam or in foreign countries in case of use right transfer of protected objects of industrial property; - Document evidencing approval on franchise of primary franchisor in case of registration of secondary franchise. Documents in foreign language must be translated into Vietnamese and certified by a domestic notary office. Application dossier for re-issuing registration of franchise activities shall be prepared as application for issuing new registration. * Number of dossier: one set
