| Legal basis | - Law on Cultural Heritages No.28/2001-QH10 ratified by the 9th Session of the 10th National Assembly tenure (the 10th NA tenure) of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 29 June 2001, effective after 1 January 2002. - Law on amendment and supplement to some articles of the Law on Cultural Heritage in 2009 ratified by the 5th Session of the 12thNA tenure on June 8, 2009. - Government Decree No 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Cultural Heritages, effective after 15 days since date of signing. - Government Resolution No. 69/NQ-CP dated December 27, 2010 on simplification of administration procedures in the framework of the function of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. - Government Decree No. 01/2012/ND-CP dated January 04, 2012 on amendment, supplement, replacement or repealing and revocation of regulations related to administrative procedures under the management functions of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. |
