1. An application for adjustment of the contracting license in the form of Appendix No. 8 of Circular No. 14/2016/TT-BXD dated June 30, 2016.
2. The documents evidencing the contents requested for adjustment. The documents must be translated into Vietnamese and certified in accordance with the regulations of Vietnamese law. |
