| Contents and number of the dossier | 1. Application for Certificate from organization receiving land use right transfer, leasing or subleasing the land (Form No. 01b/ĐK-GCN); 2. Decision on Establishment or Certificate of Business Registration or Investment License or Investment Certificate or Certificate of Enterprise Registration of organization receiving land use right transfer, leasing or subleasing (notarized copy); 3. Certified copy of land allocation Decision issued by competent authority to businesses investing in, constructing and operating infrastructure attached with General layout planning of the land plot (submitted once only to issue Certificate to organizations using land in industrial parks, hi-tech zones). 4. Original contract of transferring land use right and land-attached property ownership or original lease contract or original sublease contract for land attached with infrastructure between businesses investing in, constructing and operating infrastructure with organizations leasing or subleasing land (certified by Hà Nội Industrial and Export Processing Zone Management Board or by Hi-tech Zone Management Board). 5. Original papers provided by infrastructure investment, construction, and trading business to confirm that an entity has discharged financial obligations when leasing, subleasing, receiving land use right transfer and property attached to the land; 6. Original Certificate of land use right and land-attached property ownership, which was issued for businesses investing in, constructing and operating infrastructure in industrial parks and high-tech zones; 7. Original landmarks handing over Minute (with co-ordinates) from businesses investing in, constructing and operating infrastructure to organizations leasing or subleasing or original map extract, cadastral measurement of parcel of land according to land lease contract or sublease contract; 8. Land-attached property papers, for example: Decision on Project Approval, Decision on Investment, Investment License, Investment Certificate, Document of transferring artificial forest for production, Documents of purchasing, receiving offer, exchanging, inheriting or other forms according to legal regulations (in case of property and in case of ownership certification requirement); 9. Layout of house or construction (unless layout of house, construction is included in documents mentioned in clause 8). * Number of dossier: one set |
