Process | - Organizations/citizens + Preparing dossier + Submission of dossier to the Section for Receiving dministrative Documents (or SRAD): No. 331, Cau Giay Street, Cau Giay District Ha Noi. + Receiving a receipt with written date of appointment to get the result - The Ha Noi Department of Industry and Trade + SRAD shall guide organizations/citizens on how to follow the procedures as stipulated and write a receipt of the appointment of the date to get final results. + The dossier is forwarded to be kept at the Division for Foreign Economic Relations |

Contents and number of the dossier | * Step 1: Notice on the planned termination of operation of a representative office (RO). - Within at least 30 days before the planned date of termination of operation, the RO must send Notice on the planned termination of operation (Form attached) to the Ha Noi Department of Industry and Trade. * Step 2: Notice on the termination of operation After completing obligations as stipulated in Government Decree No. 72/2006/ND-CP and Circular No. 11/2006/TT-BTM, the RO submits the dossier for termination of operation to the Ha Noi Department of Industry and Trade, including: - Notice on the termination of operation of the RO (Attached form) - License for establishment of the RO and relevant documents. - Copy of document confirming that the RO has fulfilled tax and finance obligations for the State of Vietnam and relevant organization/individual. - Receipt of the printed or electronic newspaper evidencing that the RO announced its planned termination of operation on the three consecutive issues. - Certificate on the return of the seal to the police bureau - Number of dossier: 01 set |
