| Contents and number of the dossier | * Step 1: Notice on the planned termination of operation of a representative office (RO). - Within at least 30 days before the planned date of termination of operation, the RO must send Notice on the planned termination of operation (Form attached) to the Ha Noi Department of Industry and Trade. * Step 2: Notice on the termination of operation After completing obligations as stipulated in Government Decree No. 72/2006/ND-CP and Circular No. 11/2006/TT-BTM, the RO submits the dossier for termination of operation to the Ha Noi Department of Industry and Trade, including: - Notice on the termination of operation of the RO (Attached form) - License for establishment of the RO and relevant documents. - Copy of document confirming that the RO has fulfilled tax and finance obligations for the State of Vietnam and relevant organization/individual. - Receipt of the printed or electronic newspaper evidencing that the RO announced its planned termination of operation on the three consecutive issues. - Certificate on the return of the seal to the police bureau - Number of dossier: 01 set |
