HNP - Nem chua (Vietnamese fermented pork sausage) is one of the top favorite street-food in Ha Noi, especially among young people. The food is just as famous as the cheap bia hoi at the international crossroad Ta Hien; you can find fresh nem chua, or the grilled/ deeply fried nem chua when you discover small alleys of the Ha Noi Old Quarter. HNP - Cau Giay Park is located on Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay New Residence, Dich Vong Ward, Cau Giay District. It was constructed in 2016 as part of Ha Noi’s plan to build 25 parks across the city between 2016 and 2020. The project, in the CV1 land area between Nam Tu Liem and Cau Giay districts, was built in the build-transfer model at a total cost of VND938 billion (US$42.6 million).

It is inaugurated on October 8, 2010 on the occasion of millennium anniversary of foundation of Thang Long - Ha Noi in 2010. From a high vantage point, Hoa Binh (Peace) Park is zoomed out in a specific, strange and beautiful structure.
