Accordingly, the Department of Justice is responsible for cooperating with newspapers to conduct information work and popularization, compile and publish articles specialized in introducing basic content of Decree No. 22/2017/ND-CP to city’s departments, agencies, sectors, districts, suburban districts, towns, organizations and individuals involving commercial conciliation in the city.
The Department of Home Affairs in coordination with relevant agencies and sectors provide guidance on functions, missions, authority and apparatus of the Department of Justice and Section of Justice, and act as advisor to the Municipal People’s Committee in supplementing functions, missions and state management authority in the field of commercial conciliation.
In the third quarter of 2017, the Department of Justice in cooperation with the Office of Municipal People’s Committee and relevant agencies build administrative procedures regarding to commercial conciliation, and submit them to the Municipal People’s Committee for issuance. The Department also makes a list of commercial mediators and organizations; supervises checks, guides implementation, and eases difficulties during implementation of the decree; prepares human resources, capitals and conditions for implementation of the decree.
According to their function, mission and authority, city’s departments, agencies, sectors and units cooperate with the Department of Justice to perform aforementioned task. When encountering problems, the units submit proposal and feedback to the Department of Justice, so that the latter will sum up information and report to the Municipal People’s Committee for further consideration and handling.
