Under the decision, the Bien Giang industrial clusters, covering 30.7 hectares, is a multi-sector industrial complex to attract businesses, business households, service facilities serving industrial production to rent land for business, economic development.
The Yen Nghia industrial clusters, covering 43.633 hectares, is a multi-sector industrial complex to attract businesses, business households, service facilities serving industrial production to rent land for business, local economic development.
Establishing Bien Giang and Yen Nghia industrial clusters aims to concretize the socio-economic development in Ha Dong District;
create legal grounds for the work of management and investment in the construction of works on the planned land;
contributing to the implementation of socio-economic development in the direction of industrialization and modernization; resolve employment needs for local labors.
The Ha Dong district construction and investment project management board is responsible for following legal regulations on managing industrial clusters. Meanwhile, the People’s Committee of Ha Dong District will be in charge of performing the state management of the industrial clusters as stipulated by the State’s current regulations on managing industrial clusters. The Department of Industry and Trade is the key organ helping the People’s Committee to perform state management in accordance with legal regulations.
