Under the decision, the CN3 Industrial Cluster in Mai Dinh and Tien Duoc Communes, Soc Son District is invested by the Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation. Covering 78.195 hectares, the cluster’s functions include: concretizing the socio-economic development in Soc Son District; creating a legal basis for the management and investment in the construction of works on the planned land areas; contributing to the regional economic transition from agricultural production to industrial production; attracting investment, socio-economic development of Soc Son District.
The Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation is responsible for following legal regulations on Articles 20 and 21 of the Government's Decree No. 68/2017/ND-CP dated May 25, 2017 on management and development of industrial clusters. Meanwhile, the People’s Committee of Soc Son District will be in charge of performing the state management of the industrial clusters as stipulated by the State’s current regulations on managing industrial clusters.
The Department of Industry and Trade is the key organ helping the People’s Committee to perform state management in accordance with legal regulations.
