Accordingly, the festival will take place from October 5th to 7th, 2018 at Thong Nhat Park.
Visitors will have a chance to try a series of exciting activities, including introducing craft villages with typical culinary heritages of Ha Noi like vermicelli, noodles, nuggets, sticky rice, sausages, etc; and performances of artisans showcasing the cuisine.
In addition, the exhibition will display art works with the theme of Ha Noi past and present, memories of cultural history in general and culinary culture in particular; introduce and promote Hanoians’ elegant and civilized style in enjoying the cuisine in public areas as well as the code of conduct in public places in the city.
Besides, visitors can participate in exchange activities with artisans and researchers about Ha Noi’s cuisine; And a range of art performances and folk games will be held in the framework of the festival.
The closing ceremony will take place at 7.00pm on October 7th, 2018.
