City missions to check implementation of legal regulations on work safety and hygiene, fire fighting and prevention (21:54 18/05/2017)


HNP - The Ha Noi’s People’s Committee issues Decision No. 2767/QD-UBND dated May 15 on founding city's missions of examination to check compliance of legal regulations on work safety and hygiene, fire and explosion fighting and prevention.


Accordingly, Ha Noi aims to establish two inter-disciplinary missions of examination to check performance of the localities in the field of work safety and hygiene management, and check implementation as well as compliance with legal regulations on fire, explosion fighting and prevention of units, enterprises and construction sites in the capital city.

The missions are responsible for checking and giving conclusion about state management role of localities in the field of work safety and hygiene management, fire and explosion fighting and prevention, and check compliance with legal regulations on work safety and hygiene, fire fighting and prevention of units and enterprises. They are also in charge of handling violations, and suggesting amendment as well as elimination of unlawful documents in necessary cases.

The units to be checked are responsible for submitting written reports according to the outline, providing dossiers, papers and information upon request of the examination missions. They also take responsibility for accuracy of the papers as well as information.

The Ha Noi Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs is in charge of making list of units, enterprises and construction works to be checked, preparing outline and schedule of the examination, and sending them to localities, enterprises and units to be checked. The examination will last one day in each locality or unit.
