Accordingly, petrol dealers are requested to strictly carry out the direction of the Government’ Office at Announcement No. 255/TB-VPCP dated June 6, 2017, Directive No. 11/CT-BCT dated September 22, 2017 of Minister of Industry and Trade.
Particularly, petrol enterprises and traders will make a specific plan on E5 bio-fuel distribution to ensure supplies for petrol dealers in the area. Petrol enterprises must urgently sign contracts with petrol wholesalers to ensure a stable supply and give a report on RON 92 inventory by December 27, 2017 and send it to the Department of Industry and Trade before December 30, 2017.
The Department of Information and Communication, press agencies, People’s Committees of districts, towns and enterprises are tasked to positively strengthen communication on the State’s guidelines on using bio-fuel in general and E5 RON92 in particularly in the capital city.
The Department of Industry and Trade is in charge of directing Sub-department of Market Management to make a plan on checking petrol dealers in 2018; arrange human resources to strengthen inspection of petrol production and trading in the first quarter of 2018 so as to ensure the shifting to bio-fuel mixed with fossil fuels.
The municipal People’s Committee assigned departments, sectors, agencies, People’s Committees of districts, suburban districts and towns to create favorable conditions for enterprise to repair petrol stations to store and serve the new fuel.
