Accordingly, a wide range of activities will be held during the action month, especially launching ceremonies in the city, districts, towns, communes, and wards from April 10 to 16, 2018.
Additionally, Ha Noi will focus on mobilizing press agencies to respond to the communication campaigns on ensuring food safety as well as introducing products and safe food production models; cooperating with the Viet Nam Fatherland Front’s Ha Noi Chapter, social organizations to popularize background knowledge of Law on Food Safety; supervising safe food producing and trading facilities; encouraging people to denounce facilities producing and trading unsafe food, etc.
Over the past year, the capital city has synchronously took many solutions for food safety assurance and fulfilled all outlined targets and goals. Especially, Ha Noi has positively promoted demand-supply connections between enterprises and cooperatives.

Speaking at the conference, Permanent vice Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Van Suu recognized and lauded the participation of sectors, units in ensuring food safety.
He affirmed that food safety and hygiene is considered as the burning issues in the capital city. Responding to the action month, the city leader asked departments, sectors, districts and towns to continue effectively implementing the food safety task.
At the conference, the Municipal Steering Committee for Food Safety signed cooperation mechanism with press agencies in the city so as to strengthen the popularization of food safety during the action month.
