City strives to increase state budget revenues in 2017 (19:13 14/08/2017)

HNP - According to Official Letter 3896/UBND-KT dated August 10, the Municipal People’s Committee requests city’s agencies, departments, sectors and unions, People’s Committees of districts, suburban districts and towns to increase effort to collect state budget revenues in 2017.

This is city’s effort to enhance management of state budget revenues, fulfill target of state budget revenues and expenses according to instruction of the Government and Decree of the Municipal People’s Council. Accordingly, the Municipal People’s Committee requests agencies at all levels and sectors to take following actions:

- Closely cooperate with taxation agencies to carry out Law on State Budget, Law on Fees, and amended, supplemented laws on taxation and state budget revenues according to Decision of the Prime Minister and Decree of the Municipal People’s Council;

- Cooperate with each other to ease difficulties in policies, administrative procedures, and create favorable conditions for tax payers according to Decree 19-2017/NQ-CP dated February 6, 2017 of the Government on further taking measures and solutions to improve business environment, enhance competitiveness capacity in 2017 and orientation to 2020, and Government Resolution 35/NQ-CP dated May 16, 2016 on supporting and developing enterprises to 2020.

The Ha Noi Department of Tax increases supervision, reviews, analyzes and assesses each revenue, area and tax; takes coercive measures to urge and collect debts; enhances inspection and examination of taxes, and strictly implements conclusions of the inspection and audit agencies; carries out tax refund according to legal regulations.

The Police Department in cooperation with tax agencies, customs agencies and relevant units to increase the fight against commercial fraud, tax fraud and illegal trade of invoices, and take coercive measures to collect debts for the state budget.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment in cooperation with Department of Tax, Department of Finance and relevant units regularly supervise land management and use of organizations and individuals, detect encroachment upon sites, improper and inefficient use of land, thus handling the cases or reporting to competent authorities, and severely punish violations in the field of land.
