The delegation offered incense to pay tribute to the Hung Kings, the founders of the first Vietnamese state as well as prayed for a peaceful andstronger country and for the prosperity of people.
According to the Organizing Board of the 2019 Hung Kings Temple festival, from April 5 to 13 (from the first day to the ninth of the third lunar month), about 10 million pilgrims flocked to the relic site. The relic is estimated to welcome around three million on the main day of the festival.
The delegation offers incense to Hung Kings on April 13.
The festival, taking place on April 12 -14 (the eighth day to the tenth day of the third lunar month), includes many rituals and cultural activities, such as processions, Xoan singing, rice cooking contests, traditional boat racing, among others.
