Especially, agencies and units have focused on overcoming shortcomings and weaknesses in jointly dealing with administrative procedures related to revolutionary contributors; further implementing preferential policies for the contributors; improving the quality of public services towards people’s satisfaction; increasing responsibilities of departments, sectors and People’s Committees at all levels in jointly handling administrative procedures in the revolutionary contributor work.
The Municipal People’s Committee has also approved of a plan on simplifying administrative procedures and made decisions on administrative procedures adjusted, supplemented and replaced in fields of information and communication, health.
In order to adjust and supplement functions, mission and relevant organizations relating to controlling administrative procedures of some authorized units, the Municipal People’s Committee has asked directors and heads of departments, sectors to arrange staffs in charge of monitoring and handling the task.
People’s Committees of districts and towns has made decisions on transferring functions, missions of administrative procedures from Justice Divisions to Offices of the People’s Council and the People’s Committee at the same level.
Directors, heads of Chair-people of People’s Committees of districts, towns have strictly implemented the reception and settlement of administrative procedures according to the one-stop-shop mechanism.
So far, departments, agencies, People Committees of districts and communes have strictly performed directions of the Municipal People’s Committee on assigning staffs in charge of controlling administrative procedures; transferring functions and missions of administrative procedure control from Justice Divisions to Offices of the People’s Council, the People’s Committee at the same level; strictly carrying out the reception and settlement of administrative procedures in accordance with the one-stop-shop mechanism as stipulated by law.
