The event saw the attendance of leaders of the Ha Noi Department of Information and Communications, and Chungcheongbuk-Do Knowledge Industry Promotion Agency, 13 Korean IT enterprises, IT organizations and HBI-IT start-up businesses in Ha Noi.
The conference aims at boosting cooperation and investment chances between IT enterprises in South Korea and Ha Noi in many fields, including: software development (IoT and O2O technology), software solutions, e-Learning, etc.
At the conference, participants introduced their IT products, ideals and solutions to enhance cooperative relationship between IT enterprises.
Speaking at the conference, Director of the Municipal Department of Information and Communications Phan Lan Tu highly appreciated the special cooperative relationship between the two countries, especially in IT sector. Known as a city good at IT, Ha Noi has strengthened building e-government, smart city to turn the IT industry into a key economic sector of the capital city. With the target of 200,000 new businesses by 2020, the capital city has paid special attention to supporting start-up enterprises in the area. Thus, the organization of cooperative activities of HBI-IT is a key mission of the Department of Information and Communication in 2017 and following years.
The Director also expected that the conference will create many chances to exchange and find potential partners for IT enterprises in general and IT startups in particular, contributing to enhancing the cooperative friendship between Viet Nam – Korea.
In the framework of the event, HBI-IT and CBKIPA sign an agreement to boost IT cooperation between IT enterprises of South Korea and Viet Nam in the coming time.
