After over one year of implementing the Program 01-CTr/TU, the leadership role of the Party Committee of Ha Noi’s state agencies has been increased remarkably. The planning, arrangement, appointment, rotation and transfer of cadres have made greater gains, contributing to improving the quality of officials in the city’s political system.
The Party Committee and its subordinate party units have regularly innovated the method of leadership, direction and operation; enhanced inspection, supervision in association with evaluation of party organizations, Party’s members.
In addition, the Committee has strictly carried the Resolution of the 4th plenum of the 12th Party Central Committee; well implemented the leadership and direction in carrying out the Directive 05 of the Politburo and instructive documents of the Central, the Municipal Party Committee.
In terms of building and implementing democratic regulations, the Committee has deployed full contents of democratic regulations in localities, contributing to maintaining stability, consolidating in each agency, unit.
Making a conclusion at the working session, the Permanent Deputy Secretary highly appreciated the proactive implementation of the Program 01-CTr/TU, the Resolution of the 12th Party Central Committee’s 4th plenum and the Directive 05 of the Politburo, contributing to making positive changes in building the pure and strong Party.
To promote the gained achievements, in the coming time, the city leader asked the Party Committee of Ha Noi’s state agencies to continue effectively implementing issued resolutions, schemes; deploying the Resolution 39 with the target of streamlining apparatus; reviewing working programs and building cooperative programs; implementing directives, resolutions on democratic regulations at all levels; associating the building of democratic regulations with the implementation of the Resolution of the 4th plenum, the Directive 05, the year of administrative discipline and two codes of conduct; reviewing and adding regulations; increasing the quality of officials, civil servants and staffs; regularly strengthening inspection to understand the situation of localities to overcome difficulties and shortcomings, etc.
