According to Do Quy Hung, Vice Director of Ha Noi Center of Domestic Water and Rural Environmental Sanitation, generally all tasks are implemented on schedule. The Center has completed the content for communications and training, as well as plan on implementing tasks in 2018. It also successfully organized the National Week on Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation in Phuc Tho district, attracting over 1,000 people; completed 6 of 80 communications seminars on clean water and sanitation in Soc Son, Ba Vi districts, attracting over 600 arrivals of participants; designed and printed out 20,000 leaflets featuring clean water and rural environment sanitation for communications in 2018.
Furthermore, the municipal Center of Domestic Water and Rural Environmental Sanitation has compiled training documents of operating, managing concentrated water supply works in rural areas; finished one training class to improve the qualification of officers, and one class for operators of rural water supply plants.
In 2018, the Center receives over VND 10.7 billion to perform following tasks: organizing Week of Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation in 2018; organizing 80 communications seminars on clean water and environmental sanitation in communes, training courses to improve the qualification of officers and workers who operate the concentrated rural water supply plants; conducting 95 training courses on treating and preserving water safely, and supervising, assessing clean water and sanitation in rural areas.
