A delegation of the Party, State, National Assembly, Government and the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Central Committee included General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, former General Secretaries Le Kha Phieu and Nong Duc Manh, President Tran Dai Quang, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, former NA Chairman Nguyen Van An, President of the Vietnamese Fatherland Tran Thanh Man, and other current and retired senior leaders.
At the mausoleum, Party and State leaders expressed their deep gratitude for President Ho Chi Minh, the founder and leader of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and honored his great contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and nation.
After paying tribute to President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation laid a wreath and offered incense at the Memorial to Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son road to commemorate those who have fallen in the struggle for national independence.
* At the same time, a delegation of the Party Committee – the People’s Council – the People’s Committee – the Viet Nam Fatherland Committee’s chapter of Ha Noi also paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh and offered incense to commemorate fallen soldiers.
The delegation included member of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee Ngo Thi Thanh Hang, PCC member and Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung; Chairwoman of the Municipal People’s Council and other officials.

At the mausoleum, the city’s leaders showed their respect and gratitude for President Ho Chi Minh’s immeasurable contributions to the nation and vowed to build the Capital more prosperous, civilized and modern.
Later, the delegation laid a wreath at the Memorial to Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son road.
On the same day, delegations of the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Public Security, and representatives of ministries, departments and organizations also paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh and those who sacrificed their lives for national independence and reunification.
