The Hanoi Tourism Festival 2025, themed "Experience Hanoi 2025," will take place at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel World Heritage Site from May 30 to June 1.

The event marks a strategic move to reinforce the city's position as a leading cultural and historical tourism center in the region.

According to the Hanoi Department of Tourism, this year's festival will feature a variety of engaging experience spaces.

The event will feature a "Hanoi Destination" experience space, areas showcasing and offering hands-on experiences with traditional crafts, a space dedicated to Hanoi's culinary delights, an international connection space linking Hanoi with other provinces and international friends, an area exploring tourism through technology, and a space for business networking.

Visitors to the festival will also enjoy a wide range of artistic performances, parades, and cultural exchanges.

The festival's activities will emphasize authentic, immersive experiences to help guests connect deeply with Hanoi's cultural and tourism offerings.

These activities aim to attract both domestic and international tourists, strengthening Hanoi's image as a "Safe - Quality - Attractive - Friendly" destination.

The festival will also promote stronger connections between Hanoi's tourism sector and provinces and cities nationwide, as well as international destinations.

This effort will support the creation of inter-regional and international tourism products, while enhancing ties between Hanoi and other key tourist sites.

During the festival, visitors and residents can immerse themselves in the cultural ambiance of Hanoi's old streets and craft villages, participate in traditional handicraft-making, and explore the history and heritage of iconic sites such as the Thang Long Imperial Citadel and the Temple of Literature.

The Hanoi Department of Tourism will lead and work with relevant departments, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure the festival runs smoothly and safely in accordance with legal regulations.

Key activities of the Hanoi Tourism Festival 2025 include the opening ceremony on May 30 from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm at the main stage of Thang Long Imperial Citadel, featuring a unique art performance program under the theme "Hanoi's Sounds," with performances by renowned artists.

On May 31, a famtrip will be organized from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm to survey key tourism sites and attractions in Hanoi. On the same day, from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm, a fashion show themed "Hanoi's Heritage" will take place at the main stage.

On June 1, from 9.00 am to 11.00 am, a seminar on welcoming Muslim tourists to Hanoi will be held at Thang Long Imperial Citadel.

Throughout the three-day event, there will be continuous activities for visitors to explore and enjoy Hanoi's tourism, culture, and cuisine.

With its wide array of hands-on experiences and impressive performances, organizers hope that both Hanoi residents and visitors will enjoy an exciting and meaningful celebration at the Hanoi Tourism Festival 2025.
