Procedure Applying for entry of foreigners to work in Ha Noi

Step 1: The agencies/organizations wishing to receive foreign guests to work in their units shall fully prepare the dossier in accordance with the regulations and submit it at the One-Stop-Shop, and take a receipt with an appointment of the result return (one (01) working day).


Step 2: Specialized divisions handle the dossier, submit the handling result to the Department's leaders for signing the documents and send it to the Exit and Entry Management Department of the Ministry of Public Security (one (01) working day).

Step 3: One-Stop-Shop receives the outcome and gives the outcome to units (one (01) working day).
